Phase 1 — Passion Seed

Launch the website and “Cards of Hope” project to inspire kids. Start collecting base cards from just a few cents and plant the first seeds of community.

Phase 2 — Community Build

Open the first Card Café, start the “Card Forest” initiative, and introduce mid-tier cards. Create a place where fans trade, play, and grow together.

Phase 3 — Small Football Pitch for Fans

Build a small artificial grass pitch for Liverpool Fanclubs. A place for fans to meet, play, and strengthen the community while celebrating their passion for the club.

Phase 4 — LFC Cryptocurrency & Card Trading

Launch LiverBird Cryptocurrency (Proof of Work) to enable buying, selling, and trading cards within the community. Integrate NFTs to preserve card value and reward active collectors.
